Our objective has always been to create value for customers, employees, all partners and stakeholders, adopting behaviors that comply with the principles of legality, loyalty and integrity.
To do this, in view of the progressive complexity in the economic scenarios, it is very important clearly define the Culture of the Company, the set of Values, together with the Responsibilities that we take both inside Company and outside, towards the Community and third parties.
The will and commitment in achieving these principles have pushed the Company to adopt the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01 concerning the administrative responsibility of the Companies and the Bodies, together with the Code of Ethics and conduct.
The Code of Ethics becomes the central instrument for disclosure the Company’s culture, but also for training and building our future.
The Code of Ethics is the main tool to implement our choices, both internal and external, a tool that guarantees a fair and effective management during settlements and human relations, which defends and supports our reputation, in order to create trust from outside but also pride and sense of belonging from internal side. Hypothetical losing both sense and ethical meaning of our daily activities and behaviors, we could be led to “potentially opportunistic or instrumental” behaviors and actions, dictated by the erroneous conviction of acting for the benefit of the Company.
Ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics is the Management but also each individual employee responsibility. All our employees are obliged and encouraged to report any cases of non-compliance and / or violation of our Principles and Values.
The adoption of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8.6.2001 introduces an operational tool for the daily application of commitments and choices contained in the Code of Ethics.
