Die design

We design and manufacture all dies and tools for forging. A dedicated department, equipped with innovative CNC machines allow us to produce every kind of die and tool.

Forging simulation

Using a dedicated software we can simulate the forging process ensuring highest hot deformacion accurancy and best final result.

Using a 7 axis arm with laserscan we can control also the most sofisticated shapes and approve dies for production.

Forging department

Starting from customer’s drawing we manufacture dies and tools using an integrated CAD-CAM system and innovative CNCmachines.

4 Production lines

Hot forging of carbon, alloyed, stainless steel, duplex, superduplex and special alloys from 1 to 70 kg

Forging department is organized with four lines at different capacity in order to ensure a complete coverage in terms of shape and weight.
