Main industries

Hot forging production cycle is a complex production process featured by different steps.
Every step must be executed with accuracy and well monitored to ensure the final result.

The main hot forging steps:

1.Raw material preparation: cut the steel bars based on required dimension.

2.Heating: heat of material based on a specific temperature range. Temperature is controlled using calibrated pyrometers

3.Descaling: scale removal and preforming using mechanical presses

4.Forging: preformed piece of steel is putted into the die for the deformation according to the drawing shape

5.Trimming and drilling: excess material is removed using a specific tool. During the same operation, if requested, can be also executed drilling and calibration.

6.Heat treatment: Normalization, quenching and tempering, salubilization, isothermal annealing, etc acconrding to the required mechanical properties and use of the final product

7.Sandblasting: residual oxyde removal

8.Final control: hardness check, dimensions, surface, absence of cracks and also mechanical and structural properties.

Forging products like gears, cover, plates, valves, flanges, shafts, hooks, rods, hibs, etcI could be used for several industries like:

Agricultural Machineries

Earth Moving equipments

Industrial Vehicles
