We work according to a Quality-Safety-Environment integrated system in order to ensure high quality standards guaranteing at the same time high safety level and environmental protection.

This system has been certified by TUV Italy in 2003 (Quality) and has been integrated with ISO 45001 certification. Iso 14001 is also in progress.

ISEF implemented also the 231 Organization, Management and Control model.

The integrated management system cover all the production processes and related operations. Concerning Quality management we guarantee:

• Order Analysys and registration
• Raw material control and suppliers monitoring
• Production control also with statistical methods
• Product controls during all the production phases
• Finish parts controls
• Complete traceability from raw material to finish products
• Control instruments monitoring and calibration
• Claim management including corrective actions and 8D report management
• Internal audits
• Training for all personnel concerning technical skiils, quality, safety and environment

We are also certified LLOYD’S REGISTER, AD2000-MERKBLATT, DEUTSCHE BAHN AG, BUREAU VERITAS FOR MARINE COMPONENTS, NORSOK.
All quality controls are performed by highly qualified personnel.

Our lab perform:

• Dimensional controls (gauges, calipers, 3D machine and laserscan)
• Hardness check (portable and fix hardness machine)
• NDE (PT and MT) with qualified personnel according SNT-TC-1N and EN 9712
• Chamical composition
• Roughness
